LVL is a veneer made from raw wood by rotary cutting or planing. After drying and gluing, it is assembled according to the grain or most of the grain, and then hot pressed and glued together. It has structural characteristics that solid wood sawn timber does not have: high strength, toughness, good stability, and precise specifications, which are three times higher in strength and toughness than solid wood sawn timber. This product can be used for building formwork components, building beams, carriage boards, furniture, flooring, room decoration wooden keels, and packaging materials, with a wide range of applications.
1. LVL material can disperse and stagger defects such as scars and cracks in logs, greatly reducing their impact on strength, ensuring stable quality, uniform strength, and low material variability. It is an ideal structural material to replace solid wood;
