Currently, it is known that LVL packaging board is widely used in daily life. LVL packaging boards are generally made by bonding wooden boards with high temperature and high pressure, and require several processes such as cold pressing, hot pressing, sanding, and curing.
When choosing LVL packaging board, we should pay attention to the difference between the front and back sides. The wood grain of LVL packaging board should be clear, the front should be smooth and clean, without roughness, and there should be no needle pricking sensation when touched by hand. Some LVL packaging boards are made by piecing together two different patterns of veneer adhesive, so when selecting, attention should be paid to the tightness of the joints and the absence of unevenness. You can also use tapping to distinguish the quality of the sound. If the sound you hear is crisp and pleasant, it indicates good quality; If the sound emitted is muffled, it indicates that the LVL packaging board has experienced glue dispersion.
Meanwhile, due to the multi-layer veneer pressing, LVL packaging board has excellent waterproofing and stability, and its strength is related to its base layer. With each additional layer, its strength will correspondingly increase.
